Terms & Conditions – Customer Survey 2023 – Prize Promotion
1. The promoter of the Sportarm 2023 Customer Survey 2023 prize draw is Sportarm Ltd, with its registered office at Princes Street, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1TW.
2. Participation in the Promotion is open to subscribers of the Sportarm monthly newsletter aged 18 years or over, except employees of Sportarm Ltd. and their immediate family members or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the Promotion.
3. Entry into the Promotion is free and no purchase is necessary. To enter, participants must complete the customer survey questionnaire provided by Sportarm Ltd., answering all five questions in full.
4. The Promotion will commence on Wednesday, 26th July, at 19:00 (UK time) and will conclude on Wednesday, 9th August, at 19:00 (UK time). Entries received after the closing date and time will not be considered.
5. Only one entry per person is permitted. In the event of multiple entries from the same person, only the first entry will be eligible for the Promotion.
6. One winner will be selected randomly from the eligible entries received using a random number generator. The draw will take place within seven days after the Promotion’s closing date.
7. The winner will receive a money-can’t-buy day with Kevin Phillips, Managing Director of the Sportarm Group, as determined by Sportarm Ltd. The exact details of the prize will be communicated to the winner separately.
8. The winner will be notified by email within two days of the prize draw. The winner must respond to the notification within seven days to confirm acceptance of the prize. If the winner fails to respond within the specified time, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at the sole discretion of Sportarm Ltd.
9. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. In the event that the specified prize is not available, Sportarm Ltd reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
10. By entering the Promotion, participants agree to allow Sportarm Ltd. to use their name and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Promotion without any further compensation.
11. Sportarm Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or violates these terms and conditions.
12. Sportarm Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise that are beyond their reasonable control.
13. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release Sportarm Ltd. from any liability arising from their participation, including but not limited to any losses, damages, or injuries incurred.
14. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising from or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
