Sportarm West London – Retail Assistant

Salary: £20,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience) – November 2024

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a polished and professional Retail Assistant with significant experience in high-end retail. You will have a proven ability to engage with high-net-worth customers confidently, providing them with a seamless, discreet, and exceptional shopping experience.

As an ambassador for Sportarm, you’ll uphold our prestige reputation, ensuring every interaction exudes professionalism, charm, and genuine understanding of our customers’ needs.

A strong affinity for country sports and the countryside is essential, enabling you to build rapport with our exclusive clientele.

The Role

Based at our West London Gun Room, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a bespoke retail experience that exceeds customer expectations. You will oversee the day-to-day retail operations, ensuring every detail reflects the high standards of our brand and clientele.

Skills & Knowledge:

To thrive in this role, you must demonstrate::

  • A strong background in high-end retail, with experience serving high-net-worth customers.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport effortlessly.
  • IIT proficiency, including EPOS systems, Shopify, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
  • A keen eye for visual merchandising, ensuring the store reflects the tastes and preferences of a discerning audience.
  • Expertise in inventory management and control.
  • Experience in order fulfilment, including processing, packing, and dispatching orders.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to delivering personalised customer service.
