Sidelock

A rare and fantastic opportunity to own what are considered by many to be the finest of the English, A grade, London made sidelocks. These Boss & Co. sidelock shotguns have been owned for many years by one family, they are in very good condition throughout. Ordered originally for a Mr. Stuart Johnson on the 16th of June 1922 the order was then crossed out in the register and supplied to a Mr. Whithead, the barrels measure within a couple of thou of proof stamps and both guns have 25thou minimum wall thicknesses. With their incredible balance, these 29″, 3/8 and 3/8 choked guns would make the perfect companion in the game field for many years to come.
